[2] Fragrance /Parfum trên nhãn sản phẩm đại diện cho một hỗn hợp không được tiết lộ của nhiều loại hóa chất và thành phần tạo mùi hương. Nó có nguy cơ gây kích ứng da. Thành phần này cũng có thể hấp thụ qua da. Đặc biệt, Fragrance thường chứa Phthalate – một loại dung môi giúp cố định hương thơm nhưng có thể hoạt động như hormone và can thiệp vào nội tiết tố cơ thể. Ngoài ra, các công bố gần đây từ Harvard còn cho thấy rằng việc mẹ tiếp xúc với Phthalate trong thời kỳ mang thai có thể làm tăng khả năng trẻ gặp các vấn đề về kỹ năng vận động và phát triển ngôn ngữ. [3] Các thành phần chống nắng hóa học có thể hấp thụ qua da và 4 trong số đó là Oxybenzone, Octinoxate, Homosalate & Avobenzone hiện vẫn đang gây tranh cãi về nguy cơ gây rối loạn nội tiết tố cho người dùng. Ngoài ra, chúng còn có thể gây kích ứng cho làn da nhạy cảm. Do đó, để đảm bảo an toàn, mẹ nên hạn chế sử dụng các sản phẩm có chứa 4 thành phần này trong thời kỳ mang thai. (Nguồn EWG).
[4] Rosemary Oil (hương thảo) được cho là có tác động không tốt đến mẹ bầu vì có thể gây kích thích tuần hoàn và gây kích ứng da. (Nguồn Parents). Mặc dù nồng độ sử dụng của nó trong mỹ phẩm thường rất nhỏ và được cho là có rủi ro thấp nhưng để đảm bảo an toàn tốt hơn, mẹ vẫn nên hạn chế sử dụng mỹ phẩm có chứa loại tinh dầu này trong thời gian mang thai.
LƯU Ý:
- Đối với mỹ phẩm sử dụng khi mang thai, mẹ nên ưu tiên mua từ các kênh phân phối chính hãng (Official Mall) để hạn chế rủi ro về chất lượng sản phẩm.
- Bất kỳ sản phẩm nào, dù được đánh giá là an toàn thì vẫn có thể gây kích ứng với một số người có cơ địa nhạy cảm. Do đó, nếu làn da xuất hiện các dấu hiệu bất thường, mẹ nên ngưng sử dụng và tham khảo ý kiến bác sĩ.
